§ Mr. SoamesSome use is made within my Department of hand-held and car-based mobile telephones for routine administrative purposes. No central record is maintained, however, either of the numbers of mobile telephones in use at present or of the aggregate cost to the Department. This information could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
