§ Mr. Roger Evans[pursuant to his reply, 5 April 1995, c. 1231]: I can confirm that the Social Security Advisory Committee's report, and the Secretary of State for Social Security's response to it, have been laid before Parliament today along with amending regulations for a new social fund funeral payment scheme which take effect from 5 June.
