§ Mr. HowardAt 50 Queen Anne's gate smoking is not allowed in lifts, toilets and conference rooms. There is a small smoking area in the staff restaurant. The extent to which smoking is allowed in offices is a matter for heads of divisions, taking into account the individual preferences of their staff.
