§ Mr. ArbuthnotThe Secretary of State for Social Security will remain the owner of all data held within the national insurance recording system—NIRS2. Custodianship and management of the data are delegated to the Contributions Agency, which directs the service provider in all matters connected to content and use of NIRS2 data.
