§ Mr. Robin SquireThe figures are derived from the budget statement for 1995-96 published by the Ealing LEA under section 42 of the Education Reform Act 1988, in respect of expenditure on schools covered by its scheme for the local management of schools. The figures in the right-hand column relate to planned expenditure by the LEA under the head "management and administration".
