§ Mr. David ShawTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence what was the nature of the contract on subcontract work undertaken at Rosyth by(a) KS Asbestos Removal Ltd. and (b) a company or partnership connected to Brooks; and what assessment he has made as to whether (i) the contract was obtained by means of a competitive tender, (ii) the lowest tenderer obtained the work, (iii) the work was actually carried out and completed satisfactorily and (iv) the company or its directors are eligible to obtain future work.
