§ Mr. SackvilleFinancial criteria are applied and evaluated as an integral part of all major procurement, regardless of whether the services were previously provided in-house, in accordance with best professional purchasing practice and existing legislation. The purpose of this procedure is to minimise the risk to the Department of the financial failure of a supplier.
