To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will estimate the cost of employing consultants in connection with market testing programmes in which his Department has been engaged since their inception. [21372]

The estimated cost of employing consultants in connection with market testing programmes from April 1992 to date is £510,800.
