§ The Attorney-GeneralComprehensive records are not held centrally for civil servants in the departments and agency for which I am responsible. The requirement to declare conflicts of interest is contained in the "Staff Handbook" of each department and agency. There have been no special advisers in those departments or agency during the last five years.
