§ Mr. Nicholas BakerMy right hon. and learned Friend received the fourth periodical report of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for England on 12 April. He is required by the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1983 to lay the report before Parliament as soon as may be, together with a draft Order in Council for giving effect to the Commission's recommendations, with or without modification. He will do so as soon as he has completed his consideration of the report and its recommendations.
