§ Mr. Jack[holding answer 23 March 1995]: The number of prosecution cases involving breaches of non-sector quota limits is summarised in the table. Some of the vessels prosecuted may have belonged to producer 846W organisations but fished against non-sector quota limits for certain stocks.
