Mr. George Howarth

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the number of hours each week which prisoners spend in purposeful activity including work, education, training, physical education programmes and excluding association, visits, meals or time spent outside the establishment for each of the past 12 months in prisons in England and Wales.
