§ Mr. PaiceIt is for the receiver to decide whether the Home Office ethnic minority grant funding is part of the assets held by him and to determine the correct course of action. If it is part of the assets available for the payment of creditors it is for the receiver to determine how these assets will be used to pay creditors in accordance with his statutory duties.
