§ Sir Paul BeresfordSmoking is prohibited in lifts, toilets, conference rooms, designated restaurant and refreshment areas, some rest rooms and in areas where there are health and safety implications. Staff may decide among themselves to ban smoking in their own or shared offices and in recreation areas. Staff are discouraged from smoking in other common areas.
