§ Mr. HowardMy Department did not employ any public relations agencies in 1993–94. The publicity budget was used to fund public interest advertising campaigns and a range of support material. These campaigns were listed in the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Truro (Mr. Taylor) on 16 February 1994 at columns801–3.
