§ Mr. RichardsI am pleased to announce that grant offers totalling £2.635 million have been made for 1995–96. This compares with an equivalent figure of £2.1 million in the current financial year. This represents a 25 per cent. increase and reflects the Government's commitment to family life and values. Details of the 84 grant awards have been placed in the Library of the House.
