Mr. Moss

[holding answer 27 March 1995]: I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him on 19 July 1994 by my hon. Friend the Member for Devizes (Mr. Ancram) Official Report, column 194. There has since been a fourth wave of applications for health and social services trust status.

Two assessments were made by IHSM Consultants in the fourth wave, for which they were paid a total of £12,470.69. This includes fees and expenses.
