To ask the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on the publication of "A Perfect English Spy" by Tom Bower, with reference to the implications for the Official Secrets Act 1989 and his answer of 22 July 1993,Official Report, column 321, regarding an officially authorised biography of the late Sir Dick White.
