To ask the Secretary of State for Education when she will be in a position to give a full answer to the letter from the hon. Member for Walthamstow of 27 February, regarding Whittingham school: and when the council of the London borough of Waltham Forest will be giving a decision on the rebuilding of Whittingham school. My letter of 13 March to the hon. Member explained the position on the proposals to establish the Whittingham community primary school. I expect a decision to be made shortly and shall advise the hon. Member of the outcome.
