§ Mr. AncramThe marks obtained by the children in each section—English, mathematics and science—of each test are adjusted for age, using a statistical analysis of the scores to calculate an amount to be added to the scores of the younger children; the younger the child, the larger the allowance will be. The allowance for each child is calculated in accordance with the day of his or her birth.
