§ Mr. Michael ForsythI understand that the Treasury will shortly be consulting on the terms of a draft amendment to exclude certain non-financial spread betting from the scope of the Financial Services Act 1986. Decisions on the form of any future monitoring will be taken in the light of that consultation.
