§ Mr. BaldryMy noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development has approved a grant of £6 million for UNHCRs general programmes budget for 1995. The UK is one of the foremost national donors of UNHCR; last year our contributions, both in direct payments and assistance in kind, exceeded £60 million in value, the highest level of contribution ever.
