§ Mr. PaiceFormal arrangements for individuals dissatisfied with their programme of training are written into the contract the Department has with training and enterprise councils which are responsible for the delivery of Government-funded training programmes. These arrangements require TECs to offer alternative training to those persons who have reasonable grounds for dissatisfaction with their training programme.
