§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy right hon. Friend is aware of the proposal for the provision of a fixed magnetic resonance imager at Ayr hospital by Ayrshire Medical Support Limited. This is a matter for the South Ayrshire NHS trust and the company. However, officials are in contact with Ayrshire and Arran health board and the trust with a view to continuing to be fully informed about the project.
