To ask the Secretary of State for Wales pursuant to his answer of 14 March,Official Report, column 531, if he will give the dates of the answers in each category and state the underlying principle behind the increase in the numbers since 1 January of answers requesting a chairman or chief executive of a non-departmental public body to write in answer to a parliamentary question.
