Mr. John M. TaylorMr. Guppy has made a number of applications for legal aid in the past 12 months, in respect of various proceedings. Most recently, his application for criminal legal aid to Redbridge magistrates court was granted on 24 February 1995. The confidentiality provisions in section 38 of the Legal Aid Act 1988 prevent the disclosure of information on an applicant's financial means.
