(2) what plans his Department has to bring forward legislative proposals to encourage the development of digital audio broadcasting in the United Kingdom;
(3) when his Department plans to bring forward proposals for a regulatory and licensing regime for digital audio broadcasting; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. DorrellThe Government hope to set out later this year a regulatory framework for digital broadcasting. We, therefore welcome this publication which is a useful sttement of the Radio Authority's current position.
