§ Mr. WattsThis is a matter for the rail regulator, who is currently considering responses received to his consultation exercise on ticket retailing. He has a statutory duty to exercise his functions in a manner that protects the interests of disabled passengers and I would expect him to take this into account in reaching his decision on the requirements to be imposed on operators.
