§ Mr. BoswellThere have been no consultations between Ministers and the chairman of the Student Loans Company on this matter. However, there has been correspondence between company executives and officials. The Education (Student Loans) Act 1990 does 735W not specifically prevent students classified as bankrupt from being eligible for a loan.
