§ Mr. BowisThe full survey has not yet been received by my right hon. Friend. However, local authorities and other employers are responsible for identifying any problem and for taking any action needed to provide a safe working environment for all their staff, including social work staff. This includes collecting any information they need to enable them to carry out this responsibility effectively.
