§ Mr. FreemanCosts of individual contracts awarded by the Ministry of Defence are commercial in Confidence. Therefore I am unable to provide the hon. Gentleman with the information he has requested. However, I can give the total annual cost of contracts awarded to Remploy for the period requested, and these are detailed below. The average number of contracts won by Remploy over the same period was 35 per year.
- 1990–91: 12.3 million
- 1991–92: 18.7 million
- 1992–93: 16.6 million
- 1993–94: 18.8 million
- 1994–95: 10.8 million
