To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many people residing in the parliamentary constituency of(a) Greenock and Port Glasgow and (b) Eastwood are presently in receipt of social security payments; and what proportion this figure is of the population of the constituencies.

As information is not available in respect of the total number in receipt of social security payments within the constituencies, it is not possible to provide this figure as a proportion of the population.
