§ Mr. BaldryAngola has a national indicative programme of 115 mecu, or (£93 million, under EDF VII—1991 to 1995—for long-term development assistance. In addition, a special six months humanitarian plan for 6 mecu, or £4.9 million, was agreed for Angola on 30 November 1994.
