§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have no plans to contribute military or police observers to UNAVEM III. As my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Defence Procurement told the House on 23 February, we have agreed in principle to a United Nations request to provide a logistics battalion to the peacekeeping operation in Angola.
