§ Mr. Ian Taylor[holding answer 7 March 1995]: Since June 1994, the Department has successfully applied to the 287W High Court to wind up 12 companies engaged in the promotion of money-making schemes with a pyramid recruitment structure similar to that used in network marketing. However, as a matter of policy, I cannot disclose whether any current inquiries are taking place.
