§ Mr. BoswellIn the five years from I March 1990, Sir John Caines KCB and Sir Geoffrey Holland KCB have left the Department for Education. Sir John Caines has since been appointed as an advisor to the National Heritage memorial fund and a council member of the Open university. Sir Geoffrey Holland has not been appointed by Ministers to any public positions.
