§ Mr. Gwilym JonesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales sent copies of the local environment charter to all the county and district councils in Wales at the end of November 1993. Feedback received suggests that the document was generally well received; and many councils in Wales have developed their own environmental charters.
