§ Mr. AtkinsMeetings of Green Ministers provide a valuable opportunity to discuss collectively aspects of environmental integration of common interest, such as energy conservation, environmental management and the forthcoming Environment White Paper. The meetings do not replace the individual responsibility of each Green Minister to ensure that environmental considerations are integrated into the strategies and policies of his or her Department.
