§ Sir John WheelerA senior member of the Northern Ireland Office who has had no previous involvement in the work of the joint framework document is conducting an inquiry into the source of the leak. A confidential report will be sent to the permanent under-secretary at the Northern Ireland Office upon completion of the inquiry and further action will be taken as necessary.
