What sum is received by way of pension entitlement by retired members of the European Commission, expressed in pounds sterling.

Lord Henley:

The pension entitlements of retired members of the European Commission are dependent on individual circumstances, details of which are not available to us. The criteria for calculation of pension entitlements are set out in Articles 77 to 84 of the regulations and rules applicable to officials and other servants of the European Communities, a copy of which is available in the Library.
