§ Mr. GummerI have today directed the Local Government Commission to carry out reviews of the 21 districts which I listed in my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Exeter (Sir J. Hannam) on 22 June 1995,Official Report, column 353. I have also directed the commission to have regard to revised policy and procedure guidance. I am placing copies of the guidance in the Library.
