§ Mrs. BrowningThe Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1994, S.I. 1994 No. 804, implemented EC directive 90/496 on nutritional labelling for foodstuffs. These regulations set out the format for nutrition labelling when given and require it to be given if a claim is made on the label about a particular nutrient.
