§ Mr. SoamesIt is a matter for individuals as to whether they take out insurance and what company, policy and level of cover they choose. My Department will refund a proportion of a life premium loading for hazardous duty. Application to travelling in military property would depend on the terms and conditions of the insurance policy chosen by the individual.
