§ Mr. MossA departmentally commissioned report on a "Survey Strategy for the Health and Personal Social Services (1994–2004)" was published in January 1994 and recommended the commissioning of a regular regional survey of health and social well-being. The Department of Health and Social Services, Northern Ireland, has accepted that there should be a survey at approximately three-yearly intervals and planning is under way for an initial survey in early 1996.
