§ Mr. NorrisThe Department of Transport's capital spending figure for 1994–95 on a national accounts basis is expected to be £5,106 million. The latest capital budget figure available for 1995–96 is £3,592 million, excluding local authority capital which is a matter for determination by individual local authorities.
