§ Mr. David HuntConsistent with the figures shown in table 1.7 of Cm 2821, the estimated outturn for 1994–95 for public sector capital expenditure within Welsh Office responsibilities is £1,433 million. This total includes an estimate of aggregate local authority capital spending; as explained in paragraph 1.9 of Cm 2821 no equivalent estimate is available for 1995–96. Excluding local authority spending, planned public sector capital expenditure for 1995–96 is £702 million.
