To ask the Secretary of State for Environment what representations he has received from the Council for National Parks and others concerning his decisions not to call in the planning application to extend quarrying at Swinden in the Yorkshire Dales national park. [30379]

To date, no representations has been received from the Council for National Parks concerning the Secretary of State's decision not to call in this planning application. Two representations expressing concern about the decision have been received from members of the public.
