What information they have about the journalist Necmiye Arslanoglu, arrested in Turkey and alleged to have been severely tortured prior to 25th May 1995.

We have received information that Necmiye Arslanoglu was arrested on 12 April. We have asked our Embassy in Ankara to seek information from the Turkish authorities about her well-being and the details of her arrest.
