To ask the Secretary of State for Education what guidelines are issued to the Funding Agency for Schools on declarations of members' interests. [30945]

The Department wrote to the then chief executive-designate of the Funding Agency for Schools on 15 March 1994, requesting that the agency set up and maintain a register of members' interests. That register is available for public inspection at the agency's headquarters at Albion wharf, York.
