To ask the Secretary of States for Scotland what recent representations his Department has received in favour of(a) devolution and (b) regional parliaments; and if he will make a statement. [29626]

In the period 1 January 1995 to 31 May 1995 my Department has received 43 representations in favour of devolution and none in favour of regional parliaments.
